My Journey...
spans from the mailroom to the role of regional vice president in my professional life, and from a challenging childhood in a small town to a fulfilling and loving life with my husband.
With nearly three decades of experience in leadership and outcomes management, predominantly in the healthcare, legal, and insurance sectors, I've dedicated myself to acquiring multiple degrees and certifications. However, the majority of my learning stems from my experiences and collaborations with teammates and mentors. Now, I'm eager to give back even more!
My aim is to enhance both personal and professional lives by creating coaching experiences that empower individuals to discover their unique strengths, find their flow, and unlock their full potential. This endeavor is geared towards enhancing individual and organizational awareness, improving effectiveness, and elevating leadership skills to boost team productivity.
My approach involves tackling real challenges by crafting comprehensive and efficient plans, actively collaborating, holding individuals accountable, and achieving tangible results.
